Corporate Wikipedia Policy?
So I’ve been tasked with creating something of a corporate policy regarding engagement with Wikipedia.
While the online encyclopedia is not without it’s faults, I’m a big believer in the wisdom of the crowds and would rather let my organization’s constituents manage our Wikipedia entry. That said, I want to formalize a policy for us to abide by when it comes to monitoring and - heaven forbid - engaging with the content on our Wikipedia page.
The most helpful online resource so far has come from Marketing Sherpa, but does anyone have examples of corporate Wikipedia policies or best practice?
