Register for BlogPotomac
While it’s web site is not quite ready, registration is now open for BlogPotomac, to be held on June 13 at the State Theater, in Falls Church, VA (my new work neighborhood as of last week). Geoff Livingston writes, “BlogPotomac is this year’s premiere social media marketing event for greater Washington DC. Attendees can expect a one-day event with nationally renown speakers and advanced discussion of best social media marketing practices.”
The un-conference has a solid lineup of speakers for the day, including:
- Lionel Menchaca, digital media manager and chief blogger for Direct2Dell
- Frank Gruber, community manager, AOL and author of Somewhat Frank
- Author KD Paine
- Social Media Group’s Maggie Fox
- Kami Huyse, Communication Overtones
- Jeremy Pepper, Pop! PR Jots
I’m excited about sharing ideas with some of DC’s best, and I’ll relay more details as the event draws closer.
