I find the idea that consumer&#039;s perhaps aren&#039;t quite sure what they want, and they need to be shown particularly provocative. It makes sense. The average person was walking around demanding facebook, or twitter, or an iPhone...perhaps there were rumblings of it; but there weren&#039;t any signed petitions so to speak.</description>
