While most of my time was consumed by the Web 2.0 Expo (you can check out my review of the conference), I would have liked to make it to the Social Ad Summit earlier in the week. In particular, I wish I could have sat in on the Branded Experiences on Social Networks ...

The State Theater hosted yesterday's first ever BlogPotomac, and judging by the feedback from the sold-out crowd, it will be the first of many of more to come.
Sponsored by Livingston Communications, Viget Labs, and WordBiz.com, Inc., BlogPotomac brought together a great lineup of speakers to talk about some of the latest trends in social media marketing. But without question, Frank Gruber's simple but entertaining lunchtime chat about social ...

He focuses on why companies can no longer exist as the faceless, soul-less ...

I'm heading to the Q conference in NYC later this week, April 9-11. Q is a forum for creatives, social entrepreneurs and innovative thinkers to get together and discuss how each can use their sphere of influence to shape the culture for good. This is my first time attending since it debuted last year, and I'm excited to meet with some the of most creative folks on the ...

While it's web site is not quite ready, registration is now open for BlogPotomac, to be held on June 13 at the State Theater, in Falls Church, VA (my new work neighborhood as of last week). Geoff Livingston writes, "BlogPotomac is this year’s premiere social media marketing event for greater Washington DC. Attendees can expect a one-day event with nationally renown speakers and advanced discussion of best social ...
