Thankfully, Common Craft has a video that makes it possible for anyone to understand: Relatedly, I overheard at a recent event that Twitter was one person's "human-filtered best-of-the-web." I couldn't agree more.

Crowdsourcing Meets the NBA

Rudy Gay is taking crowd-sourcing to the NBA. The Memphis Grizzlies swingman has posted his request on the video sharing site You Tube, asking dunkers around the world to submit their best throw-down. Gay plans to emulate the best of those dunks at the contest. Kudos to Rudy for taking a fresh, creative approach to this year's contest.
